Hi folks,

I've attached photos from garlic planting (that's Josh at the far end of the row. Planted to date: 9000 cloves!), also a photo from this weeks lamb slaughtering. (That's apprentices Chris and Josh doing the skinning...) ORGANIC GRASS/VEGETABLE FED PORK for sale. The cured cuts are done without nitrates. Here are the cuts we have to offer:
