WEEKLY SHARES:
Fruit - Hepworth Farms Milton, NY (Weekly Delivery) $253
All their berries are certified organic and are not sprayed with pesticides. With the rest of their fruit they practice Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Using IPM, Hepworth sprays only when and where necessary, using only the most natural of sprays. Hepworth grows a variety of fruits, including apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, currants, gooseberries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, pears, plums, raspberries, rhubarb and strawberries. Weather permitting, this season members can expect to see the following: apples, cherries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, pears, plums, raspberries and strawberries. Each week members will receive 2-4 different types of fruit averaging 5 lbs per week.

Eggs - Wayne County, PA 1/2 dozen (Weekly Delivery) $74
Eggs come from Red Sex Link layers that are more than free-range as they are chickens who have a steady supply of fresh grass and bugs (a chicken’s natural diet). They are also supplemented with a custom blend of grain including flax seed, alfalfa and marigold.
Araucana Eggs - Sullivan County, NY 1/2 Dozen (Weekly Delivery) $103
These amazing eggs are from pastured Araucana Hens that when needed, are supplemented with organic feed. Sometimes called "easter eggs" because of their varied colors, Araucana hens are a breed that originated in South and Central America and lay eggs tinted from green to pink. They tend to have a richer flavor than the eggs of older hens, and often have darker, larger yolks as well signifying their higher nutrient value.
Raw Goat Milk – Hudson Valley, NY (1 Quart, Weekly Delivery) $166
The milk comes from goats who graze outdoors on grass. Their diet is supplemented organic grain (when they need coercing to come into the barn at milking time), and some hay in the winter.
Raw Milk – Hudson Valley, NY (1/2 gallon, Weekly Delivery) $161
The milk comes from Jersey cows, which according to milk lovers, produce the most creamy and delicious milk. It is non-homogenized and non-pasteurized, and is produced on a humane, non-toxic, pasture-based dairy farms that practice small-scale, traditional processing. The cows graze outdoors all day (except for milking time) and their pasture is constantly rotated to allow the grass to continue to grow. Their diet is supplemented with organic grain but they don't need much of that except in the winter when there isn’t much grass.

Organic Milk - Pasteurized, Non-Homogenized, Kosher Sullivan County, NY (1/2 gallon, Weekly Delivery) $114
Milk is processed at low heat so all the beneficial enzymes are intact! Cows are pastured and grass-fed and produce the kind of delicious, creamy milk that you can only get from Jersey Cows! Organic, whole milk is pastured and bottled on a state licensed plant using milk from closed herd of Jersey/Jersey Cross cows AND it's Kosher too!
Grass-Fed Goat and Cow Cheeses - Wayne County, PA and Delaware County, NY (1/3 lb, Weekly Delivery) $150
Cow’s Cheese comes from 100% Grass-fed Cows. Various Goat Cheeses are from a 30-40 herd of pastured goats that are supplemented with hay and grain. Cow cheeses are made with the century-old tradition of aging cheese in cool, moist caves where temperature and humidity are relatively constant, the perfect conditions for ripening aged cheeses and bringing it to its elemental peak!

Whole milk yogurt is made from the raw milk of 100% Grass-fed Jersey Cows. Yogurt comes in individual sized, sealed containers.
Organic Plain or Vanilla Yogurt/Leben (Kosher)- Sullivan County, NY 6 oz (Weekly Delivery) $38 or $42.75

Mushrooms - Sullivan County, NY Overflowing 1/2 pint of Fresh Mushrooms (Weekly Delivery) TBD
Log-grown and sawdust Shiitake, Oyster and other mushroom varieties are grown without any sprays or fertilizers. The farmer is currently working towards organic certification. Log-grown fresh mushrooms are an impossible find in any NYC store so get them here for culinary or medicinal purposes!
Grass-fed Ground Beef - Sullivan County, NY (Weekly Delivery) $161
100% Grass-fed. USDA certified. No hormones or antibiotics are used; meat products are freshly vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Kosher Boneless Chicken Cutlets - Sullivan County, NY .85 lb (Weekly Delivery) $171
2 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets totaling @ .85 lb from free-range, hormone & antibiotic free chickens who are fed an all natural vegetarian diet AND they are Kosher! USDA inspected breast meat comes from a single bird, is trimmed and delivered fresh.

Grass-fed Lamb - Sullivan County, NY Approx. 1 lb of lamb (Every other Week Delivery) $198
100% Grass-fed. USDA certified. Members will receive a variety of lamb products. Comes freshly vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Premium Grass-fed Steaks- Sullivan County, NY Approx. 3/4 -1 lb of beef (Every other Week Delivery) $209
100% Grass-fed. USDA certified. Members receive a steak(s) from a diverse variety of steaks from 100% grass-fed cattle every other week. Steaks will be dry aged for 14 days minimum making them even more tender and flavorful than they already are! Comes freshly vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Breakfast Bacon and Sausages - Sullivan County, NY Approx. 1 lb. of Bacon or Breakfast Sausage (Every other Week Delivery) $168
USDA certified. Members receive either a package of Hickory Smoked Bacon made without Nitrites/Nitrates (Strip, Irish/Cottage or Canadian/Loin) or Breakfast Sausage links (traditional seasoning or maple seasoned).

USDA certified. Members receive a portion from a diverse variety of pork products from pastured pigs. Comes freshly vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Broiler Whole Chickens - Wayne County, PA (Every other Week Delivery) $143
Each Cornish Cross weighs approximately 3.25 pounds and is delivered freshly frozen. Chickens are Free Range and are free from hormones and antibiotics. They are fed grass, hay, and a custom whole grain blend including flax seed, marigold and alfalfa.
Chicken, Legs/Thighs - Wayne County, PA (2 lb. Every other Week Delivery) $108
2 lb. packages of legs and thighs from Cornish Cross birds. Chicken meat is delivered freshly frozen and vacuum sealed. Chickens are free of hormones and antibiotics. They are fed grass, hay, and a custom whole grain blend including flax seed, marigold and alfalfa.
Kosher Ground Turkey - Sullivan County, NY 2 lb Ground Turkey (Every other Week Delivery) $180

"Order As You Go" Offerings
In addition to offering seasonal CSA shares, some of our farm partners allow Cream of the Crop CSA members to place single, individual orders. The farmers will deliver these "As You Go" orders on the same schedule as their add-on options, which vary according to farm.

Sharing/splitting an Add-On Option with a partner:
You can always partner up with another member to share/split any of our add-on options as well but again, you must work out the pick up and payment details between yourselves. Some of our add-on options are delivered weekly and some every other week so do look closely at the descriptions before to help you plan.
